“I can now actually say that I am going to study Midwifery at Kings College University. All I can say is that I am really glad that I chose Skinners’ Academy as my support system throughout these years. In 2014 I hardly knew English, now in 2019 I am an aspiring Midwife. I can never thank all the staff enough for all the hard work they put in for me and all of my colleagues. Now I’m sure I’m ready to go and be the best that I can be.”

Selver Toygun, the Academy’s highest UCAS points achiever, shared that...

“Being a part of Skinners’ Academy for 7 years has allowed me to gain the support and teaching from amazing teachers and staff that have dedicated their time to help me achieve my goal. Attending Skinners’ Academy has allowed me to gain the foundation of being a better individual. They built a platform that allowed me to aim high and achieve my best and I am excited to be starting university and studying Fine Art Mixed Media from this Autumn.”

Hannah Potter, Head of Sixth Form at Skinners’ Academy reflected on the achievements of this year’s cohort, saying...

“A huge well done to all our Year 13 students, who worked hard to gain places at some of the top UK universities and in some cases have explored apprenticeship and other employment opportunities. We are proud of you and look forward to hearing about your future successes.”
