Enrichment

At Skinners’ Academy, we want our students to benefit from enriching cultural, social, sporting and artistic experiences that extend beyond the confines of the formal curriculum.   

We are proud of the efforts and energies we invest in providing an excellent choice of enrichment activities and ensuring that these opportunities are available to all of our students. 

We offer sports clubs, debating, art workshops, drama clubs, music clubs, trips and visits etc. We finish the academic year with a whole-school Activities Week that includes trips and on-site activities. Our students can undertake the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award in Year 10 and the Gold Award in Year 12. 

We constantly review our enrichment programme to ensure that it meets the needs and interests of our student cohort and encourage all students to participate to develop new passions, skills and talents.
