Examinations

Start Time & Attendance

Exams begin at 8:30am
Students must arrive by 8:15am and go directly to line-up
When not in an exam, students will attend their normal lessons. There will be no study leave during this period.

Uniform & Equipment

Full school uniform must be worn, including lanyard
Mobile phones, smartwatches, AirPods, and similar devices are strictly prohibited

Exam Conduct

Mocks are run under full public examination conditions
Silence must be maintained at all times
Any inappropriate behaviour, cheating, or communication with other students will be treated seriously
JCQ examination regulations will be fully enforced

Importance of Attendance

Revision & Preparation

The exam period is intensive, often with multiple exams per day. We recommend:

Students are encouraged to use their usual school timetable to help structure revision during the holidays, while still allowing time for rest.

Practical Mock Exams

Students studying the following subjects will also complete practical mocks in the week before the written exams:
