Application checklist

Before you apply, make sure you have all the information you’ll need in one place, ready to submit in your online form. This includes:

• Your contact details – including an email address and mobile number you check regularly
• Proof of Address (e.g. bank statement)
• Parent/Carer info – including contact details
• Proof of Identity (Passport or birth certificate)
• Proof of GCSE Results 
• Previous school reference or report
