Outstanding A Level Results at Skinners’ Academy Sixth Form 

Skinners’ Academy Sixth Form is celebrating another exceptional year of A Level and vocational results, with students once again among the top 10% nationally for progress. 

For the second year in a row, the progress made by our students places Skinners’ Academy Sixth Form in the top 10% of schools and colleges nationally. This is a remarkable achievement and reflects the determination, resilience and hard work of our students, alongside the dedication and expertise of our teachers and support staff. 

Our students have worked incredibly hard throughout their time in the Sixth Form, overcoming challenges, supporting one another and striving to achieve their ambitions. Their results are a testament to what can be achieved when students, families and staff work together with a shared commitment to success. 

There were outstanding performances across both A Level and vocational courses. A Level Politics achieved exceptional progress for the second consecutive year, while A Level Business and BTEC Sport also achieved outstanding progress. Across the Sixth Form, a large proportion of students met or exceeded their target grades. 

Most importantly, these results have opened the door to a wide range of exciting next steps. Our students are progressing to university, apprenticeships, employment and other opportunities, ready to take the next step towards their future ambitions. 

We are incredibly proud of every one of our students. Behind every result is a story of hard work, perseverance and ambition, and we are delighted to celebrate their success with them. 

We would also like to thank our Sixth Form teachers and support staff for their unwavering commitment to our students. Their high expectations, excellent teaching and pastoral support have played a vital role in helping our students to flourish.
